Background and purpose: Maxillary central incisors are very important for function and aesthetic. The earlier the treatment of the impaction of these teeth is done, the higher the chance of success and the less complicated it is. Case: This case report shows the clinical features and periodontal findings of a maxillary central incisor that is horizontally impacted while is located near the floor of the nasal cavity. The surgical and orthodontic method used in the patient was ultimately very successful in terms of aesthetics and performance. Conclusion: Our results show that careful monitoring and interdisciplinary collaboration during the treatment phase lead to good periodontal health and successful esthetic results with functional occlusion.
