Undescended testicular torsion is an uncommon yet important finding, and delay in diagnosis can have disastrous consequences. Here, we report a case of a 9-month-old boy presented with left inguinal pain, poor feeding and erythema in the same area. During exploration, a torsion of undescended testis was found and orchiectomy was chosen for the patient. This report also underscores the importance of an early UDT torsion diagnosis.
