fa مقایسه ویژگی‏های شخصیتی بیماران رینیت آلرژیک و افراد عادی عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: ویژگی‏های شخصیتی به عنوان یک عامل زمینه‏ساز و تعیین‏کننده شیوه رویارویی با محیط اجتماعی، فیزیکی و روان‏شناختی هستند. هدف از این بررسی، شناخت میزان تأثیر ویژگی‏های شخصیتی در بروز و تشدید رینیت آلرژیک است. روش بررسی: در این بررسی علی- مقایسه‏ای، برای گردآوری داده، از 120بیمار مبتلا به رینیت آلرژیک که به کلینیک آلرژی تهران واقع در خیابان طالقانی مراجعه کرده بودند و همچنین 120 فرد عادی ساکن شهر تهران که به صورت همتا با گروه مواجهه انتخاب شده بودند، استفاده شد. داده‏ها به کمک پرسشنامه میلون (MCMI III) از آزمودنی‏ها بدست آمد و با کمک آزمونT دو گروه مستقل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: میانگین نمره بیماران در آزمون میلون در مقیاس‏های افسردگی، منفی‏گرایی، اختلال اضطراب، اختلال شبه جسمی و همچنین افسرده‏خویی بیش از نمرات افراد عادی همتا بود (001/0P<). نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد افسردگی، منفی گرایی، افسرده خویی، اختلال اضطرابی و اختلال شبه جسمی بطور معنی داری در افراد مبتلا به رینیت آلرژیک بیشتر از افراد عادی است. بنابراین لازم است در مداخلات درمانی بیماران مبتلا به رینیت آلرژیک، مداخلات مربوط به این وضعیت های روانشناختی آسیب زا نیز لحاظ گردد. کلید واژه‏ها: رینیت آلرژیک، ویژگی‏های شخصیتی، آزمون میلون (MCMI III). وصول مقاله:25/3/90 اصلاحیه نهایی:19/4/91 پذیرش:4/6/91 ABSTRACT Background and Aim: Personality characteristics are main determinant factors in the styles of confronting social, physical and psychological environment. The goal of this study was to determine the effect of personality characteristics in the incidence and severity of allergic rhinitis. Material and Method: This was a comparative-causative study and included 120 patients with allergic rhinitis in Tehran Allergic clinic in Taleghani Street. Also 120 normal people were selected and matched to the case group, as our control group. MCMI III questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed by use of independent t- test. Results: The results of this study showed that the mean scores of depression, negativism, anxiety disorder, somatoform and dysthymia were more than those of normal people (P≤0/001). Conclusion: The mean scores of depression, negativism, anxiety disorder, somatoform and dysthymia were more in the patients with allergic rhinitis. Therefore both medical and psychological interventions are recommended for the treatment of these patients. Key word: Allergic rhinitis, Personality characteristics, MCMI III.
