fa بررسی نیازهای آموزشی و(میزان مواجهه) تکنسین فوریت های پزشکی– گامی در جهت آموزش پاسخگو Educational Needs assessment (and Exposure Rate) of Emergency Medicine Technicians - One Step toward Accountable Education آموزش پزشکی Medical ٍEducation پژوهشي اصیل Original Research زمینه و هدف: نیازسنجی و بررسی واقع بینانه نیازهای جامعه و نیازهای فراگیران به عنوان مخاطبین اصلی، ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی تکنسین فوریت های پزشکی ( علائم و نشانه ها و بیماریهای مهم و شایع) انجام شد تا در بازنگری و اصلاح برنامه درسی براساس پاسخگویی به نیاز جامعه مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه مقطعی بود. جامعه پژوهش کلیه تکنسین های فوریت پزشکی شاغل در استان کردستان بودند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که که شاخص های روایی محتوایی(0/85=CVR و 0/92=CVI) و پایایی(0/97) آن محاسبه گردیده و برای تحلیل داده از روش های آماری توصیفی (فراوانی، نسبت، میانگین و انحراف معیار) استفاده گردید. یافته ها: در این مطالعه 366 پرسشنامه تحلیل شد. همه افراد مورد مطالعه مرد بودند. بیشترین مواجهه با  بیماری فشارخون (0/79±4/34)و بیشترین مورد نیاز به آموزش در مورد MI (سکته حاد قلبی) (1/21±3/71) بود. همچنین در خصوص علائم و نشانه ها بیشترین مواجهه مربوط به هیپرتانسیون(77/0±52/4) و تنگی نفس(0/78±4/42) و درد قفسه سینه (0/87±4/40) و بیشترین موارد نیاز به آموزش موبوط به تشنج(1/21±3/41) و همی پلژی(1/20±3/40) و انحراف تراشه(1/23±3/38) بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه برای تعیین اولویت های آموزشی، میزان مواجهه و میزان نیاز به آموزش در نظر گرفته می شود (مشخص کننده معیارهای تعیین ضرورت یادگیری محسوب می شوند) و از طرفی سرفصل های کوریکولوم آموزشی فوریت های پزشکی پیش بیمارستانی نیز گسترده هستند، به نظر می رسد لازم باشد مطالعات وسیع تری در حوزه آموزش فوریتهای پزشکی پیش بیمارستانی صورت بگیرد. Background and Aim: A realistic assessment of society's needs and the needs of targeted learners as the main audience are essential. This study was conducted to determine the educational needs of emergency medicine technicians (common and important signs, symptoms, and diseases) to be used in the revision of the curriculum based on accountability. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. The research population was all emergency medical technicians working in Kurdistan province. The research tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher, whose content validity (CVR=0.85, CVI=0.92) and reliability (0.97) indices were calculated, and descriptive statistical methods (frequency, ratio, mean, and standard deviation) were used for data analysis. Results: In this study, 366 questionnaires were analyzed. All subjects were male. The highest exposure to hypertension (4.34±0.79) and the highest need for education was about MI (myocardial infarction) (3.71±1.21). Also, regarding the signs and symptoms, the most exposure was related to hypertension (4.52±0.77), Respiratory distress (4.42±0.78), and chest pain (4.40±0.87), and the most need for education was related to convulsions (3.41±1.21) and hemiplegia (3.40±1.20) and tracheal deviation (3.38±1.23).
