Early treatment of the impaction of these teeth will lead to higher chance of success and lower rate of complications.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Case report</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: This case report shows the clinical features and periodontal findings of a horizontally impacted maxillary central incisor which is located near the floor of the nasal cavity.
