fa بررسی شیوع سودوموناس آئروژینوزا با مقاومت دارویی چند گانه جدا شده از بیمارن مبتلا به سیستیک فیبروزیس: یک مرور نظام مند و فراتحلیل The Prevalence of Multidrug-Resistant (MDR) Pseudomonas aeruginosa Isolated from Patients Suffering from Cystic Fibrosis in the World: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis میکروبیولوژی Microbiology مروری Review زمینه و هدف: عفونت ایجاد شده توسط سودوموناس آئروژینوزا با مقاومت های دارویی چندگانه یکی از مهمترین مشکلات در بیماران مبتلا به سیستیک فیبروزیس است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی شیوع سودوموناس آئروزینوزا جدا شده با مقاومت داوریی چند گانه، از بیماران مبتلا به سیستیک فیبروزیس می باشد. مواد و روشها: مقالات بین سال های 2008 الی 2022 جستجو شدند. برای انجام فراتحلیل، از نرم‌افزار 14 STATA هم در مدل ثابت و هم در ﻣﺪل اﺛﺮات ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ استفاده شد. برای بررسی ناهمگنی داده‌ها، تست Q (10/0>p) با توزیع کای دو χ2  در سطح اطمینان 95% استفاده شد. تست‌های آماری دوطرفه با 05/0= α انجام گرفت. یافته ها: بیشترین (100%، فاصله اطمینان 95%: 00/1-99/0) و کمترین  (4%، فاصله اطمینان 95%: 09/0-02/0) شیوع در 2021 بود (000/0 =p). در مطالعات مقطعی، شیوع 44% (فاصله اطمینان 95%: 68/0-21/0، نسبت شانس‌ها = 55/1) و در کوهورت، 52% (فاصله اطمینان 95%: 77/0-26/0، نسبت شانس‌ها = 68/1) بود (000/0 =p). در هر دو گروه سنی؛ 20 <  (فاصله اطمینان 95%: 97/0-09/0، نسبت شانس‌ها = 7/1، 000/0 =p) و 20 ≥ (فاصله اطمینان 95%: 76/0-30/0، نسبت شانس‌ها = 7/1، 000/0 =p)، شیوع 53% بود. نتیجه گیری: مقاومت دارویی چندگانه در سودوموناس آئروژینوزا طی سال ها و سنین مختلف مشاهده شد. یافته های این تحقیق و مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی روز افزون این باکتری، نشان دهنده چالش های پیشرو در درمان بیماران مبتلا به سیستیک فیبروزیس باشد که می بایست تحت مدیریت و درمان صحیح قرار گیرد.   Background and Aim: Infection caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) with multiple drug resistance is one of the most important problems in patients suffering from cystic fibrosis. The purpose of this research is to investigate the prevalence of P. aeruginosa isolated with multiple drug resistance in patients suffering from cystic fibrosis. Materials and Methods: Articles between 2008 and 2022 were searched. To perform the meta-analysis, STATA 14 software was used both in the fixed model and in the random effects model. To check the heterogeneity of the data, the Q-test (p<0.10) was used with the chi-square χ2 distribution at the 95% confidence level. Two-sided statistical tests were performed with α=0.05. Results: The highest (100%, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.99-1.00) and the lowest (4%, 95% CI: 0.02-0.09) prevalence was in 2021. In cross-sectional studies, the prevalence of 44% (95% CI: 0.21-0.68, odds ratio (OR) = 1.55), and in the cohort, 52% (95% CI: 0.26-0.77, OR = 1.68) was observed. Prevalence of both age groups; <20 (95% CI: 0.09-0.97, OR = 1.7, p = 0.000) and ≥ 20 (95% CI: 76. 0.30-0.76, OR = 1.7, p = 0.000) was 53%. Conclusion: Multiple drug resistance was observed in P. aeruginosa during different years and ages.
