fa عوارض تجاوز جنسی در نوجوانان و بازتوانی آن: یک مقاله مرور روایتی Complications of Rape in Adolescents and Rehabilitation of the victims: A Narrative Review Article روان شناسی بالینی Clinical Psychology مروری Review زمینه و هدف: نوجوانان، گروه آسیب پذیری هستند که یک سوم از تمام موارد جدید ابتلا به ایدز و نرخ بالاتر سوءاستفاده جنسی را تجربه میکنند. طبق شواهد، سوءاستفاده جنسی از نوجوانان، اثرات کوتاه مدت و بلندمدتی بر کارکردهای روان‌شناختی آنان دارد؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر جهت انجام مروری بر عوارض تجاوز جنسی در نوجوانان و بازتوانی آن انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه با جستجو در پایگاههای اطلاعات فارسی و انگلیسی شامل Elsevier, Proquest, UpToDate, Scopus, Magiran, Irandoc, SID, Iran medex, Sciencedirect, Ebsco, Pubmed, Google Scholar انجام گرفت. برای استخراج مقالات مرتبط از کلیدواژه های تجاوز جنسی، نوجوانان، پیشگیری، بازتوانی استفاده شد. در این پژوهش مقالات چاپ شده از ژانویه 2000 تا دسامبر 2020 که با هدف بررسی عوارض و بازتوانی در تجاوز جنسی به نوجوانان انجام شده بودند، مورد توجه قرار گرفتند. معیارهای ورود مطالعات به تحقیق شامل نگارش به زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی، کار در زمینه تجاوز جنسی در گروه سنی نوجوانان، گزارش عوارض و بازتوانی تجاوز جنسی در نوجوانان و انتخاب روش صحیح انجام کار در مطالعات بود.  یافته‌ها: از بین 59 مقاله مرتبط تعداد 41 مقاله به دلیل عدم بیان عوارض و یا بازتوانی تجاوز جنسی در نوجوانان، کنار گذاشته و در نهایت 18 مطالعه وارد پژوهش مروری حاضر شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، مقالات به دقت بررسی و نتایج استخراج شد. مطالب بیان شده در مطالعات شامل بیماری‌های منتقله جنسی، سوءمصرف مواد و الکل، بارداری ناخواسته و سقط، اختلالات روان‌شناختی، رفتار جنسی پرخطر، درمان و بازتوانی نوجوان مورد تجاوز جنسی و آموزش جنسی به نوجوانان بود. نتیجه‌گیری: لازم است  برنامه های برای پیشگیری از تجاوز جنسی در نوجوانان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت بازتوانی قربانیان جنسی در نظر گرفته شود از جمله آموزش بهداشت باروری در مدارس، آگاهی جامع مبتنی بر جامعه و بحث آزاد در مورد روابط جنسی و مسائل بهداشت باروری با نوجوانان در سطح خانواده و مدرسه.   Background and Aim: Adolescents are vulnerable groups who comprise one-third of all new cases of abuse and experience higher rates of sexual abuse. Evidence on sexual abuse of adolescents has shown short-term and long-term effects on the psychological functions of the victims. The present study was performed to review the complications and rehabilitation of adolescent rape victims. Material and Methods: This study was conducted by searching Persian and English databases including Elsevier Proquest, UpToDate, Scopus, Magiran, Irandoc, SID, Iran medex, Sciencedirect, Ebsco, Pubmed, and Google Scholar. To extract related articles, the keywords of rape, adolescents, prevention, rehabilitation and their Latin equivalents were used. In this study, articles dealing with the effects of rape and rehabilitation of adolescent rape victims, published from January 2000 to December 2020 were included. This study included articles with correct study method written in Persian or English, dealing with rape in the adolescent age group and articles reporting complications and rehabilitation of adolescent rape victims. Results: Out of 59 related articles, 41 articles were excluded due to lack of reporting complications or rehabilitation of adolescent rape victims. Finally 18 studies were included in this review study. To collect information, the articles were carefully reviewed and the results were extracted. The topics covered in the study included sexually transmitted diseases, substance and alcohol abuse, unwanted pregnancies and abortions, psychological disorders, high-risk sexual behavior, treatment and rehabilitation of adolescents rape victims, and sex education for adolescents.
