fa بررسی رابطه بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با رضایتمندی زناشویی عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: صفات شخصیتی از جمله عوامل مهمی است که بر کیفیت روابط زوجین تأثیر می‌گذارد. مطالعات متعدد نشانگر آن است که رضایتمندی زناشویی بیش از همه از ویژگی‌های شخصیتی زوجین متأثر است. هدف از پی‌ریزی این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین متغیرهای شخصیتی مدل پنج عاملی و رضایت زناشویی بود. روش بررسی: نوع مطالعه توصیفی ـ همبستگی و نمونه آماری شامل 240 نفر از دانشجویان متأهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سنندج که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ـ ترکیبی انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از مقیاس پنج عاملی نئو NEO-FFI و پرسشنامه رضایتمندی زناشویی MSI و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری و از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی مانند همبستگی و رگرسیون چند متغیره خطی در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین عامل شخصیتی روان‌آزرده‌خویی و رضایتمندی زناشویی رابطه منفی وجود دارد ولی عوامل شخصیتی برون‌گرایی، وظیفه‌شناسی، مقبولیت و گشودگی با رضایتمندی زناشویی رابطه مثبت دارند. در این پژوهش عامل شخصیتی برون‌گرایی بیشترین سهم را در پیش‌بینی رضایتمندی زناشویی ایفا می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: خصوصیات شخصیتی زوجین پیش‌بینی کننده‌های معنی‌داری از رضایت زناشویی است. کلیدواژه‌ها: رضایتمندی زناشویی، مدل پنج عاملی شخصیت، روان‌آزرده‌خویی، برون‌گرایی، وظیفه‌شناسی، مقبولیت و گشودگی وصول مقاله: 29/9/89 اصلاحیه نهایی: 15/12/89 پذیرش مقاله: 18/12/89 َABSTRACT Background and Aim: Personality traits are the fundamental factors that can influence the quality of couples’ relationships. Several studies have indicated that marital satisfaction has been affected deeply by couples’ personality traits. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits of the five factor model and marital satisfaction. Material and Methods: Using descriptive-correlation method, 240 married students were selected randomly from Islamic Azad University in Sanandaj. Data were collected by using NEO-five factor criteria, marital satisfaction questionnaire, and a researcher made questionnaire and were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistical tests such as correlation and multiple linear regression. Results: The results of this study showed a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and marital satisfaction, and a significant positive correlation between extroversion, conscientiousness, agreeability with marital satisfaction. Conclusion: Couples’ personality traits are significant determinants predicting marital satisfaction.
