fa بررسی میزان دستیابی به اهداف نظام ادغام آموزش پزشکی با ارائه خدمات بهداشتی درمانی از دیدگاه اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: طرح ادغام دانشکده‌های پزشکی در نظام سلامت در سال 1364 به تصویب رسید. با توجه به اهمیت دیدگاه و نظرات اعضاء هیأت علمی در خصوص میزان موفقیت این طرح، مطالعه حاضر صورت گرفته است. روش بررسی: بدین منظور پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر 27 سؤال در زمینه‌های مختلف مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. همچنین سؤالات در زمینه‌های آموزشی، پژوهشی، درمانی، بهداشتی و اجتماعی دسته بندی شدند. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه میزان امتیاز سؤالات تعیین شد. امتیازات اختصاص یافته به حیطه‌های مختلف بر حسب مشخصات فردی شرکت‌کنندگان و همچنین بین حیطه‌های مختلف با استفاده از آزمونهای ANOVA ، فریدمن و تی زوجی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: دستیابی به اهداف ادغام از نظر اعضاء هیأت علمی به میزان 07/1±37/52 درصد (SEM±Mean) حداکثر امتیازات در نظر گرفته شده برای این مطالعه بود. از نظر این اعضاء بالاترین میزان امتیاز اختصاص به خدمات و شاخص‌های بهداشتی (21/1±87/59 درصد) داشته و کمترین امتیاز اختصاص به فعالیت و امکانات پژوهشی و همچنین سطح موفقیت‌های اجتماعی (20/1±19/49 درصد) طرح ادغام داشته است (001/0P=). نتیجه‌گیری: از نظر اعضاء هیأت علمی میزان موفقیت طرح ادغام در تحقق اهداف مربوطه هنوز از سطح مطلوب فاصله دارد. همچنین میزان موفقیت این طرح در زمینه‌های بهداشتی بیشتر از درمانی و آموزشی، و در زمینه‌های پژوهشی و اجتماعی (از جمله تغییر بینش فارغ‌التحصیلان و اعضاء هیأت علمی بشکل جامعه‌نگر) بشکل معنی‌داری کمتر از سایر موارد ارزیابی شده است. به نظر می‌رسد که این تفاوتها ناشی از نارسایی‌های سیستم فعلی در دستیابی به برخی از اهداف خود بوده و تکرار مطالعه حاضر در سایر مراکز و همچنین بررسی‌های تکمیلی در این خصوص پیشنهاد می‌گردد. کلید واژه‌ها: دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه، آموزش پزشکی، نظام ادغام، دیدگاه، اعضاء هیأت علمی وصول مقاله: 16/5/89 اصلاحیه نهایی: 10/9/89 پذیرش مقاله: 8/12/89 ABSTRACT Background and Aim: Plan of integration of the schools of medicine and health systems was approved in 1985. Considering the importance of the opinion the faculty members on achieving success on this issue, we decided to perform this study. Material and Methods: We used a questionnaire consisted of 27 questions in various fields. Also the questions were categorized in the education, research, treatment, health and social fields. After completing the questionnaire, score of every question was determined. According to demographic information of the participants, scores of the different fields and also between different fields were analyzed by means of ANOVA, Friedman and paired T test. Results: From the viewpoint of the faculty members, achievement of the goals of integration on the average was 52.37±1.07 (Mean ± SEM) percent of the maximum scores. The highest scores belonged to health services and health indicators (59.87% ±1.21) and the least scores were related to research facilities and activities and social purposes of integration plan(49.19% ± 1.20) ( P=0.0001). Conclusion: From the viewpoint of the faculty members, success in achieving integration plan goals is still far from ideal state. Success of this plan in the health field was significantly higher than that of education and treatment fields. Also the success of this plan in the research and social fields (such as changing the sociological insight of the graduates and faculty members) was significantly lower, compared with the other fields. These differences may be due to a failure in the current system to achieve some of its goals. Similar studies on this subject, in other centers are recommended.
