fa دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کردستان و آزاد اسلامی سنندج در مورد تدریس اثربخش و عوامل مرتبط با آن، سال 1394 Students\' viewpoints on the effective teaching and related factors in Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Branch, 2015 عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research زمینه و هدف: تدریس، اقدامات هدف دار متعاملی است که توسط مدرس، طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی می شود. در این فرآیند، آموزش دهنده و آموزش گیرنده از آن تأثیرپذیر هستند. نیل به تدریس اثربخش، نیازمند پیوندهای محکم بین اهداف درس، شیوه های آموزش، یاددهی و یادگیری آموزش گیرندگان می باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کردستان و آزاد اسلامی سنندج در مورد تدریس اثربخش و عوامل مرتبط با آن بود. روش بررسی: این پژوهش، مطالعه ای مقطعی بود که در آن 520 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کردستان و آزاد اسلامی سنندج به روش تصادفی چند مرحله ای، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر دو بخش سئوالات دموگرافیک (سن، جنس، رشته، ترم تحصیلی و ...) و 23 سئوال در مورد ویژگی های تدریس اثربخش بود. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و فرمول های آمار توصیفی از قبیل فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار تحلیلی از قبیل من ویتنی و کروسکال والیس تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: مهم ترین ویژگی های تدریس اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان مورد بررسی، تسلط استاد بر موضوع تدریس (83/0±46/4)، علاقه مندی استاد به تدریس (83/0±45/4) و کم اهمیت ترین ویژگی های تدریس اثربخش از نظر آنها، دسترسی به استاد در خارج از ساعات درسی (91/0±84/3)، استفاده از وسایل کمک آموزشی (10/1±67/3) بودند. بین جنس دانشجو و حیطه های روش تدریس (007/0=p) و خصوصیات فردی (02/0=p)، تفاوت آماری معنی دار بود. نتیجه گیری: به منظور بهبود کیفیت آموزش در دانشگاههای مورد بررسی، توصیه می شود هنگام جذب اعضای هیأت علمی و به کارگیری مدرسین برای تدریس، ویژگی هایی مثل توان علمی مدرس در ارائه مطالب درسی، ارائه شفاف و واضح مطالب و علاقه مند بودن مدرس به کار تدریس، مدنظر قرار گیرد. واژه های کلیدی: تدریس اثربخش، استاد، دانشجو، نگرش، دانش پژوهی، روش تدریس، خصوصیات فردی <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar"; font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: FA; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman";">وصول مقاله:12/7/94 اصلاحیه نهایی:17/9/94 پذیرش:16/10/94 Background and Aim: Teaching is defined as a set of interactive, targeted measures designed, performed, and evaluated by the lecturer. In this process, lecturer and students can be affected. Effective teaching requires strong links between objectives, teaching, learning, and training methods. This study was conducted to determine viewpoints of the students in Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj Branch about effective teaching and its related factors. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study included 520 students from Kurdistan university of Medical Sciences and Islamic Azad university of Sanandaj. We used a questionnaire including demographic data (age, gender, field of the study, course of the study, etc.) and 23 questions on the characteristics of effective teaching for data collection. Using SPSS version 16, data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as frequency, mean, S.D; and, analytical statistics such as U Mann-Whitney and Kruskal- Wallis tests.    Results: The most important features of effective teaching from the view point of the students were teacher&#39s mastery (4.46±0.83) and interest (4.45±0.83). The least important characteristics of effective teaching were easy access to the teacher outside the classroom (3.84±0.91) and using teaching aids by the teacher (3.67±1.10). There were statistically significant differences between gender of the students and teaching method (p=0.007) and personal characteristics (p=0.02). Conclusion: To improve the quality of education in these universities, it is recommended that characteristics such as teacher’s mastery and interest in their fields of teaching be considered important.
