text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"> بسیاری از توانایی&shy;های یادگیری و حافظه در بیماری&shy;های مختلفی مانند آلزایمر و دمانس کاهش پیدا می&shy;کند. مطالعه حاضر اثر عصاره الکلی برگ توت&shy;سفید را<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>براختلال یادگیری و حافظه فضایی در مدل حیوانی دمانس ناشی از اسکوپولامین مورد بررسی قرار داده است.</span></font></p> <p></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><font color="#000000"><b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">روش بررسی:</span></b><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"> در این مطالعه تجربی، چهل موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار در 5 گروه قرار گرفتند (8 موش در هر گروه): گروه کنترل، گروه کنترل اسکوپولامین و گروه&shy;های دریافت کننده اسکوپولامین بعلاوه عصاره الکلی برگ توت سفید در 100، 200 و 400 میلی&shy;گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن در روز. یادگیری و حافظه با استفاده از ماز آبی موریس پس از 28 روز ارزیابی گردید.</span><span b="" dir="LTR" lang="FA" style="font-size: 12pt;"><font face="Calibri"> </font></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;">تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نیز با آزمون&shy;های</span><span lang="FA" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""> </span><span dir="LTR" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">repeated measures ANOVA</span><span lang="FA" new="" style="font-family:;" times=""> و </span><span dir="LTR" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">Bonferroni</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"> انجام گردید.</span></font></p> <p></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; After 28 days, learning and spatial memory was evaluated by the Morris water maze.<span dir="RTL"> </span>Statistical analysis was performed by repeated measures ANOVA and Bonferroni test.</span></font></p> <p></p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; -ms-text-justify: kashida; text-kashida: 0%;"><font color="#000000"><b><span new="" style="font-family:;" times="">Results:</span></b><span new="" style="font-family:;" times=""> In scopolamine control group, the injection of scopolamine caused learning (P<0.0001) and spatial memory (P<0.05) impairment compared to the control group. Administration of alcoholic extract of Morus alba leaves at the doses of 100 (P<0.05), 200 (P<0.0001), and 400 mg/kg (P<0.0001) improved learning ability in rats.
