fa بررسی اثر سمیت فیپرونیل بر روی سوش حساس و سوشهای مقاوم به پرمترین سوسری آلمانی عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research چکیده زمینه و هدف: استراتژیهای مدیریت مقاومت به حشره‌کشها معمولاً بعد از رشد و توسعه مقاومت طراحی می‌شود، اما در صورتی که بتوان بروز مقاومت را قبل از بکارگیری حشره‌کشهای جدید پیش‌بینی کرد امکان برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت مؤثر مقاومت خواهد بود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثر سمیت فیپرونیل بر روی سوش حساس و سوشهای مقاوم به پرمترین سوسری آلمانی بوده است. روش بررسی: به منظور انجام این مطالعه 11 سوش وحشی از خوابگاههای دانشجویی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی تهران، تربیت مدرس، صنعتی شریف، تهران، بیمارستانهای امام خمینی و فیاض بخش و مجتمع‌های مسکونی سامان از سطح شهر تهران جمع‌آوری شد. در این تحقیق، سوسریهای نر تازه بالغ شده (حداکثر تا 3 هفته) برای انجام آزمونها به روش کاربرد موضعی برگزیده شدند. یافته‌ها: سوش حساس میزان µg 43/0 و ng 96/0 در سطح 50LD نسبت به حشره‌کش پرمترین و فیپرونیل به ترتیب نشان داد. تمامی سوشهای وحشی نسبت به حشره‌کش پرمترین در مقایسه با سوش حساس انسکتاریم با نسبت مقاومت بین 6/8 تا 8/17 برابر، مقاوم بودند در حالیکه سوشهای بوستان 10، خوابگاه زنجان، مجتمع مسکونی سامان و فاطمیه با نسبت مقاومت بین 6/2-2 برابر متحمل و بقیه سوشها نسبت به حشره‌کش فیپرونیل کاملاً حساس بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج مشاهده شده در این تحقیق و طبیعی بودن سطح حساسیت بالاتر سوشهای وحشی در مقایسه با سوش حساس نسبت به حشره‌کش فیپرونیل، آلودگی روز افزون اماکن انسانی به سوسری آلمانی و مشاهده مقاومت سوسری آلمانی به سمومی که در حال حاضر برای مبارزه با این آفت بهداشتی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد (بویژه پایروتروئیدها) و بطور روز افزون بر شدت آن افزوده می‌شود، حشره‌کش فیپرونیل و بویژه فرمولاسیون طعمه آن، می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی به منظور مبارزه با این آفت بهداشتی در ایران باشد. کلید واژه‌ها: سوسری آلمانی، سطح حساسیت، فیپرونیل، پرمترین وصول مقاله: 7/7/84 اصلاح نهایی: 20/9/84 پذیرش مقاله: 29/9/84 ABSTRACT Background and Aim: Strategies to manage resistance to insecticides have usually been designed when resistance has already been developed. However, if the likelihood of resistance development to novel insecticides can be predicted before their use, it should be possible to establish an effective resistance management program. The current study was designed to investigate the effect of fipronil against permethrin sensitive and permethrin resistant strains of Blattella germanica (L.) for effective control of this pest in Iran in the future. Materials & Methods: In order to conduct this study eleven feral German cockroach strains were collected from infested student dormitories of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Sanatee Sharif, Tarbiat Modares and Tehran Universities and also residential Saman Apartments, and two infested hospitals in Tehran. Their sensitivity to permethrin and fipronil were compared with that of a standard susceptible strain. Tests were conducted on newly emerged adult males (ultimately 21 years old) by topical application. Results: LD50`s of permethrin and fipronil for the susceptible strain were 0.43µg and 0.96 ng respectively. The resistance of feral strains to permethrin was 8.6 to 17.7 times as much as that of the susceptible strain. According to this investigation all strains are resistant to permethrin, whereas resistance rates of the strains from Bustan-10, Zanjan Fatemiyeh dormitories and residential Saman Apartments were 2 to 2.6 times more than that of the susceptible strain. Other strains were completely susceptible to fipronil. Conclusion: According to the results of this study and considering ever-increasing infestation of human habitations by German cockroach and the resistance to insecticides fipronil especially its toxic bait formulations can be regarded as the appropriate candidate to control this pest in Iran.
