fa بررسی اثر ضد دردی عصاره هیدرو الکلی درمنه در موش صحرایی نر در دو مدل درد حاد و مزمن عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research زمینه و هدف: در حال حاضر با وجود اینکه از داروهای اوپیوئیدی و ضد التهابی غیراستروئیدی به منظور تسکین درد استفاده می‌شود، ولی بعلت عوارض جانبی این داروهای سنتتیک از یک سو و مسائل اقتصادی از سوی دیگر لزوم و اهمیت تحقیقات در زمینه یافتن داروهای ضد درد با عوارض جانبی کمتر و قابلیت جانشینی این داروهای صناعی مطرح می‌باشد. یکی از گیاهانی که اثرات ضد دردی و ضد التهابی آن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است گیاه درمنه است. با توجه به اینکه در خصوص اثرات فیزیولوژیک گونه‌ای از این گیاه بنام Artemisia herba alba َ اطلاعات اندک می‌باشد، به همین دلیل در این مطالعه سعی شد که یکی از اثرات فیزیولوژیک این گیاه یعنی اثر ضد دردی عصاره هیدرو الکلی آن در دو مدل درد حرارتی و شیمیایی بررسی شود. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تجربی، عصاره درمنه با استفاده از روش پرکوله تهیه گردید و برای تهیه دوزهای مختلف، مقادیر مشخصی عصاره خشک در توین حل گردید و به صورت خوراکی و داخل صفاقی به موشهای تحت آزمایش خورانده یا تزریق شد و اثر ضد دردی، با دو روش فرمالین و tail flick مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. علاوه براین اثر ضد دردی این عصاره با اثر ضد دردی سالیسیلات سدیم بعنوان داروی ضد التهابی غیر استروئیدی (NSAIDs) مقایسه گردید. یافته‌ها: دوزهای مختلف عصاره درمنه در مرحله اول و دوم تست فرمالین و تست tail flick اثر ضد دردی معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه کنترل ایجاد کرد. اثر ضد دردی عصاره وابسته به دوز بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که این گیاه بصورت مرکزی و محیطی اثر ضد دردی خود را اعمال می‌کند. کلید واژه‌ها: درد حاد، درد مزمن، درمنه، تست فرمالین، تست tail flick وصول مقاله: 14/5/87 اصلاح نهایی: 4/10/87 پذیرش مقاله: 5/10/87 Backround and Aim: In the present time, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs such as nonseroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and opioid compounds are used for the releif of pain, but due to their side effects and economical issues, the significance of research on finding analgesic drugs with less side effects and their ability to substitute these synthetic drugs and substituting newer analgesic compounds is obvious. There is very little information about physiologic effects of Artemisia herba alba, one of species of Herba alba family. In the present study the possible analgesic effects of hydroalcoholic extract of this plant were investigated in chemical and thermal models of nociception in rats. Material and Methods: In this experimental study, percolation method was used for extraction. Specified amounts of dried extract were dissolved in twin to produce desired concentration. The extract were used orally or injected intraperitoneally and analgesic activity was assessed with two methods, Tail flick and Formalin test. In addition, anti nociceptive effect of this plant was compared with sodium salicylate as standard drug. Results: The plant extract significantly increased tail flick latency in tail flick test and decreased significantly pain perception in both phases of formalin test. The anti-nociception effect of herba alba was dose dependent. Conclusion: These data confirm peripheral and central antianalgesic effect of this plant.
