fa ارائه مدل جامع توسعه صنعت گردشگری سلامت در ایران با تاکید بر مناطق مرزی A comprehensive model for the development of the health tourism industry in Iran with emphasis on border areas علوم انسانی Human Sciences پژوهشي اصیل Original Research زمینه و هدف: گردشگری سلامت یکی از شاخه‌های گردشگری در سطح بین‌المللی است که با توجه ‌به نقش بسیار مهم آن در ارزآوری و رشد اقتصادی، موردتوجه بسیاری از کشورهای پیشرفته دنیاست. مطالعه حاضر تلاش کرده است تا مدل مناسبی برای توسعه صنعت گردشگری سلامت طراحی و به جامعه هدف ارائه کند. مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای و براساس شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی‌اکتشافی از نوع تبینی است که با رویکرد کیفی و از طریق مصاحبه با بیست خبره آگاه به موضوع، داده‌های موردنیاز برای طراحی مدل و در نهایت اعتبارسنجی آن جمع‌آوری شده است. برای به‌اجماع‌رسیدن نظرهای خبرگان از تکنیک دلفی و برای اعتبارسنجی مدل طراحی‌شده از نرم‌افزار AMOS استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد ضعف در عوامل ساختاری، ازجمله نبود ساختاری پویا، نظارت و کنترل ساختاری نامناسب؛ عوامل رفتاری ضعیف، ازجمله نحوه تعامل ضعیف کادر سلامت با بیماران خارجی و ارائه خدمات سلامت پایین‌تر از حد استاندارد و نهایتاً، ضعف در عوامل محیطی، ازجمله فراهم‌نبودن امکان اسکان بیماران خارجی و عدم انطباق‌پذیری سریع با تغییرات محیطی باعث بهره‌نگرفتن از ظرفیت‌های گردشگری سلامت در مناطق مرزی شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: تقویت عوامل ساختاری، رفتاری و محیطی، به‌ویژه در مناطق مرزی و ارائه مدلی کارآمد که ضمن نشان‌دادن تأثیر هریک از این عوامل در توسعه گردشگری سلامت، ارتباط آن را با فرایندهای کاری بخش سلامت نشان دهد و خروجی آن بیانگر آثار و پیامدهای توسعه گردشگری سلامت در ایجاد اشتغال و ماندگاری نیروهای متخصص در مناطق مرزی باشد، از مهم‌ترین نتایج مطالعه حاضر است. Background and Aim: Health tourism is a major branch of international tourism that has attracted considerable attention from many developed countries due to its significant contribution to foreign exchange earnings and economic growth. The present study aimed to design a suitable model for the development of the health tourism industry and present it to the target community. Materials and Methods: Based on its objective, the present study is developmental. In terms of data collection, it employs an exploratory descriptive design with a qualitative approach. Data required for developing and ultimately validating the proposed model were collected through interviews with 20 experts who had relevant knowledge and expertise in the subject. It should be noted that the Delphi technique was used to reach the consensus of experts, and the AMOS software was used to validate the designed model. Results: The results of this study revealed several weaknesses in structural factors, including a lack of dynamic organizational structures, inadequate structural monitoring, and insufficient control mechanisms. Weaknesses in behavioral factors, including poor interactions between healthcare staff and foreign patients and the provision of substandard healthcare services to foreign patients, as well as environmental factors, such as inadequate capacity to accommodate foreign patients and limited adaptability to environmental changes, have hindered the effective utilization of health tourism capacities in border areas. Conclusion: The main findings of this study indicate that strengthening structural, behavioral, and environmental factors, particularly in border areas, and developing an effective model to demonstrate the impact of these factors on the development of health tourism and their relationship with healthcare sector processes and outcomes can enhance the benefits of health tourism.
