fa تأثیر کپسول خوراکی گل مغربی بر میزان رسیدگی سرویکس در زنان نخست‌زای مراجعه کننده به مراکز منتخب شهرسنندج، سال 1399: کارآزمایی بالینی Effect of Oral Evening Primrose Capsules on Ripening of the Cervix in Primiparous women referring to selected centers in Sanandaj, 2020: A Randomized Clinical Trial مامایی Midwifery پژوهشي اصیل Original Research زمینه و هدف: طولانی شدن حاملگی با عوارض زیادی برای مادر و جنین همراه است. شروع زایمان و پیشرفت آن نیازمند رسیدگی سرویکس است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر کپسول خوراکی گل مغربی بر میزان رسیدگی سرویکس در زنان نخست زای مراجعه کننده به مراکز منتخب شهرسنندج، سال 1399 انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده یک سوکور بود که بر روی 80 خانم نخست زای مراجعه کننده به مراکز منتخب شهر سنندج در سال 1399 با سن بارداری 39 هفته تا 39 هفته و 6 روز انجام شد. افراد با تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله (گل مغربی) و کنترل (پلاسبو) تقسیم شدند. پیامد مورد بررسی رسیدگی سرویکس بود که برای هر دو گروه مورد بررسی در فاصله زمانی قبل از مداخله، یک هفته بعد از مداخله و زمان بستری ارزیابی شد. به منظور بررسی رسیدگی سرویکس از جدول نمره دهی بیشاپ استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل  داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار STATA نسخه 14 و آزمون های تی مستقل، تست دقیق فیشر و آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری انجام شد.  یافته‌ها: نمره بیشاپ یک هفته بعداز مصرف کپسول ها در گروه مداخله (0/90±3/73) تفاوت معناداری نسبت به گروه کنترل (1/35±2/88) نداشت (0/05<p)،>± 4/56و در گروه کنترل 1/22± 3/13بود و تفاوت آماری معناداری بین دو گروه وجود داشت (0/005=P).</p)،> نتیجه‌گیری: مصرف کپسول خوراکی گل مغربی بر میزان امتیاز بیشاپ و رسیدگی سرویکس موثر است و میتوان جهت رسیدگی سرویکس از آن استفاده کرد. Background and Aim: Prolonged pregnancy is associated with many complications for both mother and fetus. The onset and progression of labor require cervical ripening. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of oral evening primrose capsules on the ripening of the cervix in primiparous women referring to selected centers in Sanandaj, 2020. Materials and Methods: This study was a single-blind randomized clinical trial That was performed on 80 primiparous women referring to selected centers in Sanandaj in 2020 with a gestational age of 39 weeks to 39 weeks and 6 days. Subjects were randomly assigned to intervention (evening primrose) and control (placebo) groups. The outcome of the study was the ripening of the Cervix which was evaluated for both groups during the period before the intervention, one week after the intervention, and the time of hospitalization. A Bishop scoring table was used to evaluate was ripening of the Cervix. Data analysis was performed using STATA software version 14 and independent t-tests, Fisher's exact test, and Repeated measure ANOA. Results: Bishop score one week after taking the capsules in the intervention group (3.73±0.90) was not significantly different from the control group (2.88±1.35) (P>0.05), But the bishop score at the time of admission of the intervention group was higher than the control group; The bishop score in the intervention group was 4.56±1.29 and in the control group was 3.13±1.22 and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.005).
