ارتباط مسئولیتپذیری سلامتی و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی مربوط به کووید-19 در شهروندان استان کردستان

<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">زمینه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""> انجام رفتارهای خود مراقبتی</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">و تعهد به مسئولیت­ پذیری سلامتی یکی از روشهای مقابله با بیماری کووید- 19 در زمان عدم دسترسی گسترده به واکسیناسیون است. هدف این بررسی ارتباط مسئولیت­ پذیری سلامتی و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی مربوط به کووید-19 در شهروندان استان کردستان بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">مواد و روش ­ها:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""> این مطالعه مقطعی با مشارکت 1008 فرد بالای 15 سال، در استان کردستان در سال ۱۳۹9 انجام شد. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری آسان، نمونههای در دسترس از افراد تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی درمانی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات با استفاده از </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">WhatsApp</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">یا </span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">Telegram</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">توسط پرسشنامههای رفتارهای خود مراقبتی کووید-19 و مسئولیت ­پذیری سلامتی به صورت آنلاین جمع آوری گردید. تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt">SPSS</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">نسخه 22 انجام شد و آزمون ­های آماری همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون کای دو مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span>
<div><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">یافته­ ها: </span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">شرکتکنندگان شامل 642 زن (7/ 63 درصد) و 366 مرد (36/3 درصد) با میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی11/63 </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"Cambria",serif">±</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""> 38/6بودند. همبستگی مسئولیت­ پذیری سلامتی و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی مثبت و معنی­دار بود (0/001>p) (r=0/33)</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";">.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";"> انجام </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";">رفتارهای خود مراقبتی و مسئولیتپذیری سلامتی بر حسب سن، شغل، وضعیت تأهل و شهر محل سکونت تفاوت معنی­داری</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";">نداشت (0/05<</span><i style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">p</i><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";">).</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";">نسبت بیشتری از زنان در مقایسه با مردان در دسته رتبه خوب مسئولیت پذیری سلامتی(60/8 درصد در مقابل39/2 ) و رفتارهای خود مراقبتی ( 67/8درصد در مقابل32/2) قرارگرفتند(0/001></span><i style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">p</i><span lang="FA" style="font-family: "B Zar";">).</span></span></span></span></span></div>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar"">نتیجهگیری:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""> در شرایط همهگیری بیماریها از جمله کووید-19 و بهویژه در صورت فقدان واکسیناسیون گسترده و درمان مؤثر بیماریهای مسری، تأکید بر اهمیت پذیرش مسئولیت سلامتی برای انجام رفتارهای خود مراقبتی، مهمترین پروتکل پیشگیری و کنترل محسوب میشود.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b>Background and Aim:</b> Self-care behaviors and commitment to health responsibility are regarded as measures against Covid-19 disease when there is no widespread access to vaccination. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between health responsibility and self-care behaviors related to Covid-19 in Kurdistan citizens.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b>Materials and Methods:</b> This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2020 in Kurdistan province and included 1008 participants above 15 years of age. Using convenient sampling method, people referring to health centers were entered into the study. Online data collection was performed via Whats App or Telegram using Covid-19 Self-Care Behavior and Health Responsibility Questionnaires. Using SPSS software version 22, data analysis was performed by Spearman correlation and chi-square test.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b>Results: </b>The study included 642 women (63.7%) and 366 men (36.3%), <span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">with mean age of 38. 6 ± 11.63 years. </span></span>The correlation between health responsibility and self-care behaviors was positive and significant (<i>p</i> <0.001, <i>r</i> = 0.33). Self-care behaviors and health responsibility were not significantly different in terms of age, occupation, marital status, and city of residence (<i>p</i> > 0.05). A higher proportion of women compared to men were in the category of good health responsibility (60.8% vs. 39.2) and self-care behaviors (67.8% vs. 32.2) (<i>p</i> <0.001).</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b>Conclusion:</b> In the epidemics of diseases such as Covid-19, and especially in the absence of widespread vaccination and effective treatment, emphasis on the importance of commitment to health responsibility in order to perform self-care behaviors is the most important measure for prevention and control of diseases.</span></span></span></span><br>
