fa ساختار، فرآیندهای اجرایی و دستاوردهای برنامه کشوری غربالگری بیماری کم‌کاری تیروئید نوزادان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> غربالگری، شناسایی به‌هنگام و درمان زودرس و مناسب بیماری کم‌کاری تیروئید نوزادان یکی از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌های بهداشت عمومی در دنیاست. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر مروری بر ساختار و فرآیندهای نظام مراقبت کم‌کاری تیروئید نوزادان در ایران است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">داده‌های این مطالعه از نظام مراقبت دفتر بیماری‌های غیر واگیر، بررسی اسناد، مدارک، کتاب ها و مقالات منتشر شده و مصاحبه با صاحبان فرایند و صاحب‌نظران برنامه غربالگری کم‌کاری تیروئید نوزادان در ایران در سال 1398 اخذ شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy;ها: </span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">غربالگری تمام نوزادان متولد شده در سطح کشور با استفاده از اندازه‌گیری </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">TSH</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در روزهای 3 تا 5 بعد از تولد، انجام آزمایش‌های تکمیلی و تأییدی برای موارد دارای </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">TSH</span></span></span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><font color="#000000" face="b zar"> مساوی و بیش‌تر از</font>&nbsp;mu/l&nbsp;</span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">5، درمان به موقع کودکان مبتلا با استفاده از قرص لووتیروکسین، پیگیری درمان بیماران و پایش و ارزشیابی مستمر، مهم‌ترین اجزای برنامه غربالگری بیماری کم‌کاری تیروئید نوزادان در ایران می‌باشد. </span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه&shy;گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر چکیده‌ای از اصول، کلیات و نحوه اجرای برنامه کشوری غربالگری بیماری کم‌کاری تیروئید نوزادان در ایران را پیش روی خوانندگان قرار می‌دهد و می‌تواند به عنوان یک منبع آموزشی و پژوهشی مدنظر سیاستگذاران، محققان، کارشناسان و افراد شاغل در حوزه مراقبت بیماری‌های متابولیک نوزادان قرار گیرد. </span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Screening of neonates for early detection and timely treatment of congenital hypothyroidism (CH) is one of the most important public health programs in the world.
