fa فراروش بررسی کیفیت مطالعات افت تحصیلی در مجلات علوم پزشکی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه ‌و ‌هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نقد کیفیت پژوهش‌های انجام ‌شده به‌منظور بهبود مطالعات‌ آتی، از مهم‌ترین ‌راهکارهای تحقق توسعه ‌‌پایدار و گسترش مرزهای ‌‌دانش در حیطه ‌پزشکی است. با توجه ‌به&nbsp; اهمیت‌‌ آموزش ‌دانشجویان ‌پزشکی و موضوع‌ افت تحصیلی ایشان، مطالعه ‌حاضر با ‌هدف‌ نقد و بازنمایی آسیب‌های ‌موجود عناصر ‌بخش‌‌‌ روش ‌در مقاله‌های </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">منتشر‌ شده در مجلات‌ علوم </span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌‌</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پزشکی در حوزه افت تحصیلی‌ انجام شد</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش&shy; ها</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پژوهش حاضر، فرا مطالعه‌ای از نوع فراروش است. جامعه آماری ‌پژوهش، تمامی‌‌ مطالعات منتشر ‌شده در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Magiran</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SID&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Noormags</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بود و ملاک‌های ورود</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شامل بازه زمانی انتشار بین ‌سال‌های 1379تا 1394، چاپ‌ در مجلات ‌معتبر داخلی و پرداختن ‌به عوامل‌ مرتبط با افت تحصیلی دانشجویان‌ پزشکی است. ملاک‌های‌ خروج از مقاله، بازه زمانی‌ متفاوت، پرداختن به موضوعاتی‌ متفاوت با عوامل مرتبط با افت تحصیلی و جامعه‌ای‌ غیر از دانشجویان ‌رشته‌پزشکی است. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مجموعاً تعداد 346 مقاله یافت شد و از میان آن‌ها با حذف موارد مشابه و غیر مرتبط درنهایت تعداد 22 مقاله باقی ماند. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به‌منظور تحلیل یافته‌ها، ابتدا فهرست‌وارسی در برگیرنده مؤلفه‌های بخش روش استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج‌ نشان‌ داد پژوهش‌های‌ انجام ‌شده از نظر ملاحظات ‌نمونه‌گیری، ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها و روش‌های تحقیق دارای مشکلات اساسی بوده‌اند و کم‌توجهی به ‌آن‌ها می‌تواند مطالعات آتی را با چالش‌ها و مخاطرات زیادی مواجه نماید.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:‌ </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به نظر می‌رسد توجه افراطی به محتوا و کم‌توجهی به ظرافت‌های بخش‌روش، زمینه‌ساز افت کیفیت مطالعات شده است و در نتیجه استفاده از نتایج این تحقیقات، با مشکلات بنیادی همراه شده و گاهی قابل استناد نخواهد بود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim: </strong>A review of the quality of the studies for the purpose of improvement of the future studies is one of the most important ways to achieve sustainable development and expand the knowledge in medical sciences. Considering the importance of medical students&#39; education and their academic failure, the present study aimed at criticizing and representing the existing probelms in the elements of the methods of the articles in the field of academic failure published in medical journals.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> The present study was a meta-method study and included all the the studies published in the Magiran, SID and Noormags databases. On the basis of our inclusion criteria we selected articles dealing with factors associated with academic failure in medical students published between 2000 and 2016 in valid internal journals. The exclusion criteria included different dates of publication, articles unrelated to academic failure and the studies on non-medical students. We found 346 articles. After exclusion of irrelevant studies, 22 articles were selected.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> In order to analyze the findings, a first-order check list including elements of research method and approach, study population, study sample, sampling method, determination of sample size, hypothesis, assessment tools, reliability and validity was made<span dir="RTL">.</span> <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results: </strong>This study showed that the reviewed studies had problems in relation to sampling, data collection and research methods. And underestimation of these problems can raise challenges to the future studies.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>It seems that, extreme attention to the content and lack of attention to the delicacies in the methodology section can lead to a decline in the quality of the researches.
