fa بررسی شیوع سرمی و ریسک فاکتورهای مرتبط با توکسوپلاسموزیس در میان قصابان شهر سنندج، غرب ایران عمومى General پژوهشي اصیل Original Research <strong>ز<span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> توکسوپلاسموزیس از جمله بیماری&shy;های زئونوز با گسترش جهانی است. اطلاعات اندکی در ارتباط با خطر مواجه شغلی در این بیماری وجود دارد. لذا هدف از این مطالعه تعیین شیوع سرمی و ریسک فاکتورهای مرتبط با توکسوپلاسموزیس در میان قصابان شهر سنندج، غرب ایران، بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این مطالعه مقطعی از اردیبهشت تا مهر سال 1397 بر روی 53 قصاب شاغل در قصابی&shy;های شهر سنندج، مرکز استان کردستان، انجام شد. نمونه&shy;گیری به صورت سرشماری بود. معیار ورود قصابان به مطالعه شامل حداقل 1 سال سابقه کار در قصابی و سن بیشتر از 18 سال بود. از هر قصاب 5 میلی&shy;لیتر خون وریدی در شرایط آسپتیک اخذ شد و سرم تهیه گردید. تمام 53 نمونه سرمی با استفاده از کیت الایزا جهت حضور آنتی&shy;بادی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">IgG</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ضد توکسوپلاسما گوندی ارزیابی شدند. همچنین، مشخصات دموگرافیک و ریسک فاکتورهای توکسوپلاسموزیس بررسی گردید که عبارت بودند از: سن، محل زندگی، سطح تحصیلات، مدت فعالیت به عنوان قصاب، مصرف گوشت خام، خوردن مواد غذایی هنگام کار کردن، پوشیدن دستکش، زخمی&shy;شدن هنگام تماس با گوشت خام و نگه&shy;داری گربه. جهت آنالیز داده&shy;ها از آزمون&shy;های مجذور کای و رگرسیون لجستیک چندمتغیره بهره گرفته شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در مجموع، 6 نفر (11/32 درصد) از 53 قصاب شرکت&shy;کننده در این مطالعه توکسوپلاسما مثبت بودند. ارتباط معنی&shy;داری بین خوردن مواد غذایی هنگام کار کردن و نیز پوشیدن دستکش با شیوع توکسوپلاسموزیس مشاهده گردید (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">P < 0.05</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). بین سن، محل زندگی، سطح تحصیلات، مدت فعالیت به عنوان قصاب، مصرف گوشت خام، زخمی&shy;شدن هنگام تماس با گوشت خام و نگه&shy;داری گربه با شیوع توکسوپلاسموزیس اختلاف معنی&shy;داری یافت نشد (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">P > 0.05</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که شیوع سرمی توکسوپلاسموزیس در میان قصابان شهر سنندج در سطح پایینی بوده که می&shy;تواند از سه بعد توجیه شود: آشنایی بیشتر قصابان نسبت به کیست بافتی انگل در مقایسه با سایر اقشار جامعه، نادیده&shy;گرفتن قصابان شاغل در قصابی&shy;های فاقد مجوز که کمتر اصول بهداشتی را رعایت می&shy;کنند و نیز پیشرفت فرآیندهای مختلف عرضه گوشت خام در دو دهه اخیر.</span></span> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Toxoplasmosis is a zoonotic disease with worldwide distribution. There is little information about the risk of occupational exposure to toxoplasmosis. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the seroprevalence and risk factors associated with toxoplasmosis among the butchers in Sanandaj City.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted on 53 butchers in Sanandaj from May to October 2018. Sampling method was census. The inclusion criteria consisted of: at least 1 year of work experience in the butcher shop and age > 18 years old. After obtaining 5 ml blood sample from each butcher serum samples were prepared. All 53 serum samples were evaluated by ELISA kit for anti-<em>Toxoplasma gondii</em> IgG antibody. Furthermore, demographic characteristics and risk factors for toxoplasmosis were investigated, which included: age, residence area, educational level, duration of activity, raw meat consumption, eating while working, wearing gloves, injury when handling raw meat and keeping cat indoors. Data were analyzed by chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> 6 (11.32%) of the 53 butchers were positive for <em>Toxoplasma</em> <em>gondii</em>. Eating while working and wearing gloves had a significant association with the prevalence of toxoplasmosis (P<0.05).
