fa آزمایشگاه‌های سیار در بلایا: یک مرور دامنه گستر برکاربردها، چالش‌های عملیاتی و پیامدهای راهبردی Mobile Laboratories in Disaster: A Scoping Review of Applications, Operational Challenges, and Strategic Implications عمومى General مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: آزمایشگاه‌های سیار به‌عنوان دارایی‌های حیاتی در پاسخ به بحران مطرح شده‌اند، اما پژوهش‌های موجود در این حوزه به‌صورت پراکنده در انواع مختلف بحران‌ها گزارش شده‌اند و چهارچوب جامعی برای تحلیل کاربردهای آن‌ها وجود ندارد. هدف این مرور دامنه‌گستر، ارائه توصیف و طبقه‌بندی جامع پژوهش‌های منتشرشده درباره کاربردها، چالش‌های عملیاتی و پیامدهای راهبردی آزمایشگاه‌های سیار در زمینه مدیریت بلایا با تأکید بر انواع بحران‌ها و کارایی آن‌ها و روندهای اخیر در این حوزه در حال تکامل است. همچنین، این بررسی برای شناسایی شکاف‌های اصلی تحقیقاتی و پیشنهاد توصیه‌هایی برای طرح‌های تحقیقاتی آینده طراحی شده است. مواد و روش‌‌ها: مطابق با دستورالعمل PRISMA-ScR و چهارچوب پنج‌مرحله‌ای آرکسی و اومالی، جست‌وجوی سیستماتیک در پایگاه‌های پابمد، اسکوپوس، وب آو ساینس، ساینس دایرکت، گوگل اسکولار، مگیران، ایران‌مدکس، سید و ایران‌داک برای مقالات منتشرشده در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ با کلیدواژه‌های بحران، بلایا، آزمایشگاه‌های سیار، آمادگی و مدیریت بلایا در منابع فارسی و (Disaster و Mobile Laboratory و Mobile Lab و Disaster management و Deployable lab وDisaster preparation) در منابع انگلیسی انجام گرفت. مطالعات واجد شرایط شامل پژوهش‌های تجربی، گزارش‌های موردی و مرورهای سیستماتیک مرتبط با استقرار آزمایشگاه‌های سیار در شرایط بحران و به زبان‌های فارسی یا انگلیسی با متن کامل در دسترس بودند. دو پژوهشگر مستقل مراحل غربالگری عنوان/چکیده و متن کامل را انجام دادند. استخراج داده‌ها بر نوع بحران، چالش‌های عملیاتی و پیامدهای راهبردی متمرکز بود. یافته‌ها: از میان ۱۲۶۲ رکورد شناسایی‌شده، ۱۳ مطالعه معیارهای انتخاب را داشتند. سه مضمون اصلی شناسایی شد: ۱. کاربردهای تشخیصی و نظارتی در همه‌گیری‌ها و بلایای طبیعی؛ ۲. چالش‌های عملیاتی شامل محدودیت‌های لجستیکی و استانداردسازی؛ ۳. پیامدهای راهبردی در حکمرانی و امنیت بهداشت جهانی. آزمایشگاه‌های سیار تأثیر قابل‌توجهی در در مدیریت بلایا، از جمله در کاهش زمان گردش آزمایش و امکان انجام تست سریع داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: اگرچه آزمایشگاه‌های سیار به‌عنوان بسترهای چندکاره در تمامی مراحل چرخه مدیریت بحران عمل می‌کنند، ظرفیت آن‌ها به‌دلیل پراکندگی استانداردها به‌طور کامل محقق نشده است. روند جدیدی در توسعه استانداردهای عملیاتی مورد تأیید سازمان جهانی بهداشت و تحلیل‌های هزینه‌‌فایده در حال ظهور است و علاقه بین‌المللی فزاینده‌ای برای تدوین چهارچوب‌های آموزشی مبتنی‌بر صلاحیت‌ها وجود دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: Mobile laboratories have emerged as critical assets in crisis response; however, existing research in this field has been reported sporadically across various types of crises, and no comprehensive framework exists for analyzing their applications. The present scoping review aims to provide a comprehensive description and classification of published research studies on applications, operational challenges, and strategic implications of mobile laboratories in the context of disaster management, with emphasis on crisis types, their efficacy, and recent trends in this evolving field. The review is also designed to identify the main research gaps and suggest recommendations for future research plans. Materials and Methods: Following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines and the five-stage framework by Arksey and O'Malley, a systematic search was conducted in PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Magiran, IranMedex, SID, and IranDoc databases for articles published between 2000 and 2024. Search terms included crisis, disaster, mobile laboratory, disaster preparedness, and disaster management in Persian sources, and (Disaster, Mobile Laboratory, Mobile Lab, Disaster management, Deployable lab, and Disaster preparation) in English sources. Eligible studies included empirical research, case reports, and systematic reviews related to the deployment of mobile laboratories in crisis conditions, published in Persian or English with available full text. Two independent researchers performed the title/abstract and full-text screening stages. Data extraction focused on crisis type, operational challenges, and strategic implications. Results: Among 1,262 identified records, 13 studies met the selection criteria. Three main themes were identified: 1) Diagnostic and monitoring applications in pandemics and natural disasters; 2) Operational challenges including logistical limitations and standardization issues; and 3) Strategic implications in governance and global health security. Mobile laboratories demonstrated significant impact in disaster management, including reduction of test turnaround time and enabling rapid testing capabilities. Conclusion: While mobile laboratories serve as multi-purpose platforms across all phases of the crisis management cycle, their potential has not been fully realized due to fragmented standards. An emerging trend focuses on developing World Health Organization-approved operational standards and cost-benefit analyses, and there is increasing international interest in formulating competency-based training frameworks.
